The American Legion Child Welfare Foundation
Established as a repository of funds from compassionate individuals, The American Legion Child Welfare Foundation’s primary philanthropic priority is to enhance the well-being of children and youth in the United States. They offer “Healthier Kids For Our Future” grants, with a specific focus on addressing food insecurity and mental health challenges. In addition, their “Health and Well-being” grants support five critical areas of health, one of which concentrates on programs related to mental and/or behavioral health conditions. The RBC Foundation has a dedicated mission to enhance the quality of life in the communities they serve by supporting nonprofit organizations that make a positive difference and promote diversity. Their health grants are exclusively directed towards the RBC Youth Mental Well-being Project, aimed at supporting programs that help youth and families access the right care at the right time.
