We are seeking project based freelance Recruiting Consultants to lead and/or support remote, project-based teams that help organizations hire the talent they need to make an impact.

- 5+ years recruiting experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 1+ year(s) consulting experience or equivalent client-facing experience; comfortable acting as a partner to leaders to guide them through the hiring process
- Track record of building and executing proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, ideally in the nonprofit or social impact sector
- Demonstrated ability to form relationships with diverse groups of people
- Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills, including ability to plan, prioritize and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent research and computing skills
- Highly collaborative and communicative, comfortable working on remote and asynchronous teams
