As a grants administrator at a foundation, Rachael gained experience in philanthropy managing an annual budget of 40M+ helping to allocate funds to non-profit organizations making a difference in their communities specifically towards animal and child welfare. Currently, Rachael works as a social responsibility consultant, guiding companies to align their business practices with their values and create a meaningful positive impact.
