Mckinze has experience in building comprehensive fundraising strategies, engaging nonprofit boards and volunteers, strategic planning, and is an expert in event fundraising. Previously, she served as the Director of Marketing and Fundraising for a nonprofit hospice agency. Currently, she serves as a Hospice Implementation Consultant for WellSky, Editor of VIP Bowling Green magazine, Event Planning and Philanthropy Advisor for Alpha Gamma Delta’s Theta Iota Chapter, and sits on the Board of Directors for Kentucky Kids on the Block.
Mckinze built a comprehensive fundraising strategy with a net increase of 10% year over year with an annual revenue goal of over $500,000. Strategy included major gifts, planned/legacy giving, events, campaigns, special appeals, corporate giving, sponsorships, and donor acquisition. Mckinze has secured major gifts up to $100,000. She is skilled in CRM software implementation, along with data migration and management.

Mckinze is a voracious reader and lifelong learner. She enjoys spending time with her senior dog, Stella, and spoiling her Godson Clayton. Mckinze also enjoys cooking and baking, live music, and being out on the water in the summer!
