Professional Experience
Prior to her career as an independent consultant, Kristine was the CEO of StartingBloc, a community-based nonprofit supporting 3200+ entrepreneur activists, organizational leaders, and organizers in amplifying their impact. Through StartingBloc, she has worked with corporations like Facebook, Red Bull, and the American Heart Association. Previously, Kristine led a multimillion dollar grant project in Burundi for All Across Africa and worked on water advocacy rights with indigenous populations in South India.
Achievements
At StartingBloc, Kristine doubled monthly donors in less than two weeks and grew a sponsor gift from $3,000 to $35,000 in 3 years. She has also led workshops for more than 2000 leaders around the world.

Kristine is a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council and a mentor for NC State University Social Innovation Fellows.
