Professional Experience
Jasmine has served as the inaugural Manager for CSR Strategy at Sierra Rutile Limited (SRL), a mining company based in Sierra Leone, where she developed and implemented a sustainable community investment strategy for a rural population of 150K. She has also developed and executed ongoing strategy for portfolio of 65 corporate donors (ViacomCBS, Hugo Boss, Gucci, NBCUniversal, H&M) as a Senior Philanthropy Officer at the American Red Cross.
Achievements
Jasmine has overseen donor relations (Avon, philosophy, Gates, Ford, Hewlett, and Packard Foundations), grantmaking, financial reporting, and legal compliance for a portfolio of 15 domestic and international public interest projects with budgets ranging from $2M-$39M.
Affiliations
Jasmine actively volunteers for the board of CORRECT Health in Haiti.

Jasmine received a merit-based fellowship awarded as Research Assistant to Dr.Mahmood Mamdani at Columbia University.
