Professional Experience

Grace Y. Foster has over 15 years of experience and initially launched her career selling tens of millions in services and products in the corporate sales and events space, and has spent the past decade as a nonprofit leader, both as a fundraiser and in leadership roles. She has led fundraising teams to secure budgets as large as $19m. Grace continues to dedicate her career to driving impact in the social justice space, challenging the status quo, and using her business acumen and passion to be a catalyst for innovation and sustainability.

Achievements

In FY22, Grace closed over $19M in revenue through major donors, institutional funders, grassroots, earned revenue, and corporate partnerships.

Grace has secured 7-figure and 6-figure multi-year grants from the Ford Foundation, Schmidt Family, MacArthur Foundation, Sloan, Rockefeller, Democracy Fund, Kapor Center, and other global and national foundations.

She has secured 7-figure and 6-figure multi-year corporate partnerships from companies like Capital One, Truist Bank, and E*Trade, and 5-figure partnerships from organizations and companies like United Way, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, KPMG, and others.

Her personal cause priorities include diversity and inclusion, racial justice, and workforce development.

Grace enjoys marathon running, bodybuilding, baking, and being a toddler mom and dog mom.
