The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project is on a mission to create a world where all LGBTQ young people see a bright future for themselves.
Currently, LGBTQ young people are four times more likely to attempt suicide, and suicide remains the second leading cause of death among all young people in the U.S. The Trevor Project is working to change that. Through crisis intervention, education, counseling, and a wide range of mental health services, The Trevor Project offers vital support to young individuals in the LGBTQ community. By providing a safe and empathetic space, they empower and uplift those in need, fostering resilience and wellbeing. The Trevor Project is also one of the few organizations that provide immediate support counselors via phone call, text, and online messaging for those thinking about harming themselves, their services are 100% free and confidential.
To support The Trevor Project in their crucial efforts and to create a brighter future for LGBTQ youth consider starting an online fundraiser in your community and/or donating today. Learn more here.

For the Gworls
For the Gworls is a Black, trans-led collective that is harnessing the power of celebration to create tangible change.
It all started on a hot Brooklyn rooftop on the 4th of July when the founder organized a party to raise money for two friends facing eviction. Since then, For the Gworls has been hosting monthly parties with the inspiring goal of providing financial assistance to Black transgender individuals in paying rent and accessing life-affirming surgeries. Through their curated parties, they raise funds to support Black transgender people in critical areas of their lives. From rent assistance and gender-affirming surgeries to smaller co-pays for medicines and doctor’s visits, as well as travel support, For the Gworls addresses the immediate needs of the community.
